1. Scope
This Policy applies strictly to fees and software subscription licenses paid directly to RD AINAN GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED for access to the ZyBill cloud application. It does not govern billing or commercial transactions between you and your customers on invoices you issue using the Service.
2. 7-Day Free Trial (Explicit Selection Only)
Complimentary 7-day access is provided exclusively to users who explicitly select the Free Trial option during signup. During this 7-day period, users can evaluate ZyBill's features without entering payment details. If a user does not purchase a paid plan before the trial ends, account access expires automatically without any charge.
3. Paid Annual Subscriptions & Immediate Payment
Customers choosing a paid Starter, Pro, or Business subscription are required to complete payment immediately upon checkout. Paid plans do not include an automatic free trial.
The annual recurring subscription rates for Indian businesses are:
- Starter: ₹999 introductory for the first year (renews annually at ₹1,999/year + 18% GST)
- Pro: ₹1,999 introductory for the first year (renews annually at ₹3,999/year + 18% GST)
- Business: ₹4,999 introductory for the first year (renews annually at ₹8,999/year + 18% GST)
Paid subscriptions are authorized via Razorpay using customer-authorized recurring mandates (UPI AutoPay, eMandate, or Credit/Debit Card). The first-year introductory amount is charged immediately upon checkout, and the recurring mandate authorizes automatic annual debits for subsequent years at the standard renewal rate until cancelled.
4. Cancellation of Automatic Renewals
You have full control over your subscription mandate. You may cancel automatic annual renewal anytime directly from your dashboard under Settings → Subscription & Billing before the next renewal date.
Upon cancellation:
- Automatic recurring debits are immediately stopped in Razorpay.
- Your subscription access and features remain fully active until the end of your prepaid 12-month billing period.
